A melodic post-hardcore supergroup of sorts, Terrible Things bring together members of Hot Rod Circuit, Taking Back Sunday, and Coheed and Cambria. Members Andy Jackson (guitar/vocals), Fred Mascherino (guitar/vocals), and Josh Eppard (drums) had all known each other from their touring days with their respective bands, so when they found themselves free to explore some other musical ventures, they knew that they all had the bona fides to make it work. A melodic post-hardcore supergroup of sorts, Terrible Things bring together members of Hot Rod Circuit, Taking Back Sunday, and Coheed and Cambria. Members Andy Jackson (guitar/vocals), Fred Mascherino (guitar/vocals), and Josh Eppard (drums) had all known each other from their touring days with their respective bands, so when they found themselves free to explore some other musical ventures, they knew that they all had the bona fides to make it work. With the band all together, Terrible Things went into the studio with producer Jason Elkins to record their debut album. Their self-titled debut, a concept album based on a series of arsons in Mascherino?s hometown of Coatesville, PA, was released in 2010.
