Ingredients:

• 5 lbs of Carne Ranchera

• 1/2 whole white onion, separated

• 2 Navel Oranges, sliced

• 1/2 cup fresh Cilantro, chopped

• 2 Medium tomatoes, sliced

• 1 1/2 Tablespoons Chili Powder

• 1/4 Cup Hot Sauce - for some extra spice

• 1/4 cup Soy Sauce

• 3/4 Cup Olive Oil

• 4 oz. of Chela

• Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. Add meat to a large mixing bowl or container.

2. Add all the ingredients, mix thoroughly, cover.

3. Marinate for 1-3 hours in fridge
