For today’s modern celebrity girl, it’s all about staying in the spotlight. Even when she’s hidden from the public eye by, let’s say, being sent to a social rehab house, it’s no excuse to let herself be forgotten. But will it go as smoothly as planned, or will there be serious consequences?
En este episodio de Niñas Mal, conocemos un poco más de como ha sido la vida de Nina. Rafa brings a television journalist to conduct a personal on-camera interview with her. Nina thinks she’ll be setting the record straight, to remind her fans who she really is, but the journalist tiene otra intención. She’s set on digging up Nina’s controversial relationship with her manager mom, the breakdown that got her into rehab, and tackling other false and hurtful rumors.
Aunque parezca ser fuerte y afortunada, Nina’s going through a depressing moment in her young life. The teenage years can be tough for anyone. Add to that the pressures of family and feeling like you can’t reach expectations, y es fácil llegar a sentirse sola y defraudada. The next step is to stop, breathe, and recognize that there are people around who will support her no matter what.
Nobody’s perfect, but each person is unique and valuable. If you ever feel lost and depressed, talk to someone about it, don’t keep it bottled inside. Háblale a tus padres, a un amigo, share with a sibling, a friend, teacher, counselor, religious affiliate, your doctor, and there are hotlines si prefieres compartir con alguien que no te conozca personalmente. There are so many people to turn to if you just take a chance and open up. Hope is the one thing we should never lose!
