David Letterman lived the single life for many years before settling down with Regina Lasko. Though the couple got together in 1986, Dave didn’t put a ring on it until 23 years later, in March, 2009. In October of this same year, Letterman fessed up to major infidelity involving several of his female employees. He went on to issue a public apology to his wife and staff. She forgave him and they’re still together.
