Empuje is a new documentary series profiling young Latinos desperate to make a change in their eating and exercise habits. We've enlisted the help of health and wellness PROs to mentor each person guiding them through rigorous fitness regimens and working with them to learn how to change their unhealthy habits.

Narrated by Daisy Fuentes, each half-hour episode captures the grueling yet inspirational transformation alongside the PROs including FC Barcelona player Gerard Piqué, Olympic Gold Medalist Henry Cejudo, and black belt guru and celebrity personal trainer Ary Nuñez. Empuje premieres every Sunday at 11a.m., starting November 11th on Tr3s.
