Christina is of Filipino descent with devoted Roman Catholic parents and Orlando is Puerto Rican with liberal Christian parents. Christina and Orlando have been best friends since they were 12 years old, and throughout their lives she has actually taught him about his culture. They stayed in touch while Orlando served his country in Iraq as a Marine and have been together ever since his return. Since then, Christina has been attending both Catholic and Christian churches but now the time has come where she is ready to make a final decision which as you can imagine will cause some family turmoil.
